Centre for Ecology and Hydrology is looking for an experienced field ecologist to join a large research team undertaking experimentation and monitoring to detect and understand the consequences of environmental change on biodiversity and ecosystem processes. The research is focused on the development of new land management practices which allow biodiversity and associated ecosystem services to adapt to ongoing environmental change. This provides an important part of the evidence base for policies to conserve and restore biodiversity in the UK and Europe.
Closing date for receipt of completed applications is 30 March 2011.Further information can be obtained from http://www.ceh.ac.uk/personnel/Field-Ecologist.html
